Rehabilitation Care For residents recovering from surgery, illness or injury rehabilitation can mean a new lease on life. Camelot Hall offers a comprehensive approach to rehabilitations with physical, occupational, and speech therapy services. A team of professional carefully designs a personalized health care program for each individual that reflects the resident's individual lifestyle, social and medical needs. Our programs include respite care, surgical wound care, pain management, bowel and bladder re-training, tube feeding, restorative nursing, COPD and hospice services. Just to name a few. Psychosocial Care Individual therapy by licensed staff social workers is offered to each of the residents at Camelot Hall. We also offer psychiatric and psychological counseling. Regular resident care conferences are scheduled to include family and friends. Spiritual and pastoral counseling is also made available to our residents. |
